We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business process analysis, operational excellence, and process engineering. They should also have expertise in BPMN Level 5 process modeling and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of IT systems, software development, and databases.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including process mapping, optimization, and automation initiatives. They will also collaborate with technology teams to design and implement standardized, scalable business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead business process analysis and optimization initiatives across the organization.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align process improvements with technology, compliance, and customer experience objectives.
3. Design and implement standardized, scalable business processes.
4. Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
5. Work closely with technology teams to align business processes with insurance system capabilities.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, operational excellence, or process engineering in the insurance industry.
* Expertise in BPMN Level 5 process modeling using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, etc.
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification with proven experience in process optimization.
* Strong knowledge of Insurance Systems Suite, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement, change enablement, and consulting within a transformation environment.
* Ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions.
