Job Title: Continuing Care Assistant

Health Careers in Sask is seeking a skilled Continuing Care Assistant to join our team. As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients/patients/residents
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care
Requirements:
  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
