Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at Tatagwa View in Weyburn. As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will provide personal care and support to clients, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients
  • Support clients in meeting their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
Requirements
  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
