Job Title: Painter - Exterior and Interior Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Painter - Exterior and Interior Specialist to join our team at Global West Development Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, as well as repairing cracks and holes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
  • Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Estimate costs and materials

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work outdoors and at heights
  • Ability to work in various locations
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Client focus, reliability, and team player skills

Work Environment: The work environment will be outdoors and at heights, with various locations. The ideal candidate will be physically demanding and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
