We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Consultant to join our team at LifeWorks. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will bring your expertise in compensation trends and practices to provide strategic consulting to our clients.
About the RoleAs a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing compensation programs that support our clients' business goals
- Providing strategic guidance and expert analysis to clients on compensation trends and best practices
- Managing mid-complexity projects and ensuring timely delivery and adherence to fees
- Serving as a primary client contact and maintaining ongoing client relationships
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, Actuarial Science, or Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in a consulting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (written and conversational English and French)
