Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate at 200 Old Navy, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in embodying our brand and delivering exceptional experiences to our clientele. Your primary objective is to engage with customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service that cultivates brand loyalty. With in-depth product knowledge, you will inspire and assist customers in making informed choices. Collaborating with your management team, you will enhance the customer journey through a comprehensive omnichannel approach.

- Assist in various operational areas, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back office.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace, reflecting professionalism in all interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns or returns with professionalism.
- Carry out operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

- Flexible with scheduling to meet business needs, including availability on weekends and holidays.
- Skilled in using retail technology to improve operational efficiency.
- Able to navigate various work areas, including the sales floor and stockroom, with the capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
