Community Engagement Specialist

About the Role:
The Community Specialist Co-op at D2L is a dynamic opportunity to connect clients with the resources they need to support teaching and learning in the 21st century.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound communications efficiently, connecting with internal Subject Matter Experts and creating relevant content or redirecting to the right engagement point.
- Participate in team meetings, providing status updates on unanswered questions and time to first response.
- Review and update Brightspace Learning Center content to ensure quality and accessibility measures are met.
- Review and analyze data to communicate insights about future content and activities to contribute to community experience improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Experience with online learning management software an asset.
- Experience with HTML/CSS an asset.
- Experience with online community forums an asset.
