Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Taco Time-Polo Park. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food counter, dining area, and kitchen.
    • Sanitize equipment and utensils according to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store inventory, including food and supplies.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
