Education Program Coordinator

VTEACH LEARNING CENTRE CORP. is seeking a highly skilled Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of education programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Collaborate with education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers to develop and implement education programs.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Produce reports and conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of education programs.
  • Policy and Procedure: Stay up-to-date on education policies and procedures, and ensure that programs are aligned with these guidelines.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the education team, including coordinating meetings and events.
  • Professional Development: Develop and deliver training and professional development opportunities for teachers and education staff.
  • Resource Development: Develop teaching materials and other resources to support program delivery.
  • Communication: Prepare research papers, educational texts, and articles, and deliver presentations at conferences and workshops.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate education programs to ensure they are meeting their intended outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in education program coordination or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with working with children.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and a team player.
Working Conditions:
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
