Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and assurance. This role involves engaging with diverse clients across various sectors, primarily focusing on the mining and metals supply chain, amidst evolving industry dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery while collaborating with senior leadership to enhance market strategies.
  • Oversee project management, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of complex data and trends, translating findings into clear executive summaries.
  • Develop insights on demand drivers and integrated services tailored to client needs.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, representing a comprehensive range of ERM services.
  • Facilitate client interactions through interviews and deliver impactful presentations and training sessions.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of critical mineral supply chain due diligence processes and relevant legislative frameworks.
  • Experience in formulating and executing corporate strategies, organizational design, or process optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a preference for hard sciences; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Fluency in either Spanish or French, both written and spoken.
