About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong educational background in management information systems, business analysis, or computer science.
  • Proven experience configuring and programming in CRM platforms, with a focus on scholarship management systems.
  • Prior experience providing technical solutions in a client-oriented environment.
  • Experience working in a scrum-style environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Smart Simple.
  • Proficiency in MySQL, SQL, HTML, CSS, and PHP programming languages.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; oral French language skills are an asset.
