Our solutions support manufacturers worldwide in specialized industries to assist with assembly processes.
Job Overview:This position requires a highly technical individual who thrives on keeping up with the latest technologies.
You will lead a global team of Application Specialists and Engineers as well as act as project manager for large bespoke customer installations.
- Provide technical leadership to the Applications Team
- Coordinate workload ensuring timely technical support to sales teams
- Manage training of applications team to ensure they are experts in Virtek products and industry trends
The ideal candidate has previous experience managing technical teams and proven project management skills.
A strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing disciplines is required.
Extensive experience with CAD programs such as Solidworks is an asset.
Domestic and international travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and estimate non-standard projects
- Perform product demonstrations and site visits
- Participate in webinars and other product promotion activities
An estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
