Job Title: Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Carat Jewellers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays
  • Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous retail or sales experience an asset
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
