Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at The Filipino Noodle Joint Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
The Food Service Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail is essential.
Physical Demands:The Food Service Counter Attendant will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
