Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at The Filipino Noodle Joint Ltd. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring that the counter area is well-stocked and organized.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and management as needed.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
