Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing food order summaries for the chef and supervising the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
