Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2239126 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
