About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installation Specialist to join our team at Morsun Kitchen Cabinets Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of our high-quality kitchen cabinets and vanities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install interior prefabricated products, including kitchen cabinets and vanities, to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring precise fit and finish.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as required.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in cabinet installation or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
  • Own transportation, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Work Term: Permanent, with a regular schedule of 35 to 44 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
