Job Description

ADGA is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and recommending solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue and improve client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including identifying their needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure alignment and effective execution of client strategies.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking of client revenue and expenses.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies and proposals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to grow revenue and improve client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients at all levels.
