Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of company assets by installing and maintaining equipment in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure productivity.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Document and record all maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • Industrial Mechanic / Millwright Trade Certification
  • High school diploma
  • Valid Red Seal certification preferred
  • Experience in bottling or plant manufacturing
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, midnights, overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
