Job Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of company assets by installing and maintaining equipment in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure productivity.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Document and record all maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements:
- Industrial Mechanic / Millwright Trade Certification
- High school diploma
- Valid Red Seal certification preferred
- Experience in bottling or plant manufacturing
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, midnights, overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
