Millwright II Technician

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and facilities at Arterra Wines Canada, Inc. by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and downtime
- Repair and adjust equipment during operations to maintain production standards
- Work collaboratively with the team to repair and maintain equipment, including assembly and disassembly of machinery
- Conduct changeovers and setups as required to meet production schedules
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plant safety, sanitation standards, and quality assurance
- Complete documentation and inspections as required
Requirements:
- Industrial Mechanic / Millwright Trade Certification
- High school diploma
- Valid Red Seal certification preferred
- Bottling or plant manufacturing experience and asset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, midnights, overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Motivated to take initiative and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new computer programs
