About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Global Relay. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for building and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive business value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop machine learning models to classify and understand communication content
  • Work closely with data scientists and developers to build and deploy models
  • Execute the data science process from understanding business requirements to deploying models
  • Take initiative to identify and solve important problems, coordinating with others on cross-cutting technical issues
  • Mentor junior and intermediate data scientists via pairing and reviews
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with solving machine learning problems
  • BSc in a STEM or Linguistics subject or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Python and Bash
  • Experience with common machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, Sklearn, TensorFlow, and others
  • Experience mentoring junior and intermediate data scientists
