Job Title: Director of Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our wine products globally
  • Support long-term planning and strategy with our senior leadership team
  • Own the branding and advertising for our winery, and manage the marketing collateral
  • Create social media and digital marketing strategies
  • Create and manage experiential marketing campaigns
  • Manage the marketing budget and track key metrics
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing
  • Seasoned marketer with strategic experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once and comfortable with change
  • Experience in the hospitality or beverage industries
