Key Responsibilities
  1. Distribute resources—material, personnel, and financial—to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  2. Authorize and oversee the formation of significant departments and senior management roles.
  3. Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  4. Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and initiatives.
  5. Act as the organization's representative, or appoint delegates to represent the organization in negotiations or formal events.
  6. Choose middle management, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with the necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions.
  7. Implement financial and administrative oversight; develop and approve marketing strategies; and endorse comprehensive human resources planning.
