About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Full Time Community Physiotherapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their function and independence.
- Provide one-on-one physiotherapy sessions to patients in their homes and communities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited degree program in Physiotherapy (PT).
- Current Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPTO).
- At least two years of recent clinical work experience as a directing physiotherapist.
