Job Title: Physiotherapist - Community Care Specialist

Job Summary:

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Community Care Specialist. As a Physiotherapist with Bayshore, you will have the opportunity to work in a community setting, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients and develop treatment plans to meet their individual needs
  • Provide physiotherapy services in a community setting, including home assessments and treatments
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Physiotherapy
  • Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience providing physiotherapy services
  • Prior experience with in-home assessments and treatments
