Job Title: Physiotherapist - Community Care Specialist
Job Summary:
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Community Care Specialist. As a Physiotherapist with Bayshore, you will have the opportunity to work in a community setting, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients and develop treatment plans to meet their individual needs
- Provide physiotherapy services in a community setting, including home assessments and treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development
Requirements:
- Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Minimum three (3) years of experience providing physiotherapy services
- Prior experience with in-home assessments and treatments
