We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising Team Leader to join our team at AEO. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store, driving sales, and ensuring a best-in-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: As a key LOD, you will be responsible for maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, building guest loyalty, and contributing to the overall financial success of the store.
  • Merchandising and Visual Standards: You will coach your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards, leading day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
  • People Leadership: You will motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values, hold them accountable to rocking AEO's customer service standards, and drive associate engagement.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: You will prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent, training and developing your team to ensure they continue to provide outstanding service.
  • Operational Excellence: You will execute and innovate daily operational procedures, support the team in maintaining visual standards, and ensure the Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready.
  • Integrity and Compliance: You will ensure store safety standards are maintained, adhere to AEO's policies and procedures, and do the right thing always.
Requirements
  • You have a passion for driving sales and revenue growth.
  • You have led teams in a retail management role previously.
  • You can multi-task and have attention to detail, with strong priority-setting and time management skills.
  • You know how to lead and develop teams and have a general understanding of employment law.
  • You have business acumen and flexible availability to work when the guest shops.
