We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Certified Dental Assistant to join our team at Canadian Orthodontic Partners. As a key member of our Thornhill/Keswick team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming patients with enthusiasm and building a personal connection at every visit.
  • Ensuring patients receive optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and their goal for comprehensive oral health.
  • Desire to help, educate, and improve our patients' lives.
  • Preparing and maintaining all dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.
  • Organizing, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and sterile clinical area.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and working cohesively with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, respect, and cooperation.
  • Performing any other tasks delegated or assigned by the Orthodontist or leadership team.
  • Possessing great energy for a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Dental Assistant experience
  • Successfully completed CDA (Completion of NDAEB Exam)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, and an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in an orthodontic office is preferred but not required.
  • Orthodontic Module is considered an asset, but not required.
