Heat and Air Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Heat and Air Sales Professional to join our team at BioPoint, Inc. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, strong knowledge of HVAC products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning market. This will involve providing technical product information, recommendations, and installation support to customers. Additionally, the candidate will work to identify customer needs and promote existing and new HVAC products to meet sales objectives.

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of HVAC products and their applications
  • Support customer inquiries with technical guidance on HVAC products and installations
  • Participate in manufacturer training to ensure competency to support customer partners
  • Troubleshoot and help create solutions for customers when problems arise
  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with vendors
  • Provide quotations, technical support, and literature to customers to maintain strong relationships and help meet sales targets
  • Examine market opportunities and identify new potential customers
  • Provide recommendations on new products, services, and market trends to customers and management
  • Participate in trade shows, training, and vendor product meetings to remain up to date on product knowledge, emerging trends, rebates, and product offerings
  • Understand and follow all safety regulations at customer locations as well as in the workplace
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, with a college and/or university degree being an asset. They should also have outstanding customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. In addition, they should be able to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders.
