Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mother's Helper to join our team at Guillaume Falardeau. As a key member of our household support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch childcare, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children
  • Assume full responsibility for household management, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and organized home environment
  • Assist with household tasks, including laundry and grocery shopping
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks related to childcare and household management
Work Environment

Our home is a non-smoking, scent-free environment, and we require all household staff to adhere to these policies.

Language

We require our Mother's Helper to be fluent in English or French, with excellent communication skills.

Work Schedule

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
