About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and caring Mother\u0027s Helper to join our team at Guillaume Falardeau. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, as well as maintaining a clean and organized home environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and attention to our infants and children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties, including light housekeeping, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for our children, including maintaining a scent-free and non-smoking home.
  • Supervise and engage with our children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare and household management.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing household needs.
  • Fluency in English or French, with the ability to communicate effectively with our family.
