About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team at Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of Sales Performance Management (SPM) applications across all Stryker divisions, functions, and regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of SPM Platforms (Varicent & SAP Commissions) products to drive overall strategy and roadmap in TMIC space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Solution Leads, Technical Solution Analysts, and Solution Architects, to ensure smooth release of commercial applications on stage and production environments.
  • Develop and build robust collaboration with infrastructure, middleware, security, governance, and service delivery teams as needed.
  • Work closely with Service Delivery teams to ensure implementation of post-production support models and processes.
  • Ensure timely escalation and mitigation of issues and risks to ensure a smooth deployment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study.
  • ~8+ years of professional IT experience, with 8+ years of experience in Sales Performance management (SPM) tools like Varicent/SAP Commissions.
  • ~Experience in leading SPM projects, setting priorities, and plans to meet business objectives.
  • ~Experience in TMIC/SPM platforms, including Incentive Management, Territory and Quota planning processes, with direct experience in global system rollouts.
