About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at VIVO LIQUOR #110 INC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance to ensure excellent customer service and sales goals are met.
  • Order merchandise in a timely manner to maintain an optimal stock level and meet customer demands.
  • Authorize return of merchandise in accordance with company policies.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak periods and holidays.
  • Sell merchandise through effective merchandising strategies and techniques.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to provide valuable insights to management.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profits.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure smooth store operations.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. You must be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances quickly.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
