Health Services Manager

Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and efficient health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality health services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safe and effective service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to inform service improvement
- 3-5 years of recent progressive management experience in a healthcare setting
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant health discipline
- Active member in good standing of a relevant regulatory body
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
