Account Coordinator

About the Role:
The Account Coordinator will provide continuous assistance to Account Managers in supporting the sales cycle. This includes acting as a liaison between customers and various departments within the organization to increase collaboration and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers with daily requests, including sample requests, pricing supports, and other duties as assigned.
- Assist with customer reviews and work with internal staff to ensure Univar delivers exceptional customer service.
- Support the sales team with price entry and maintenance, and assist with product code setup.
- Perform material searches to verify lead time and MOQ, and work with the Technical Services team to prepare sample requests and fulfill technical document requests.
- Liaise with Product Management to share information with customers and Account Managers.
Requirements:
- A College diploma or University degree in a related program (chemistry, business, etc.) and two (2) years' experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Must have very strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, demonstrates initiative and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Must work well under pressure and be able to prioritize and multitask.
