Export Development Canada (EDC) is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging EDC's digital toolkit and the Oracle Eloqua marketing automation platform to engage Canadian businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute personalized, tested, and optimized email marketing programs to create demand for EDC's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Martech COE to develop lead nurturing and lead scoring strategies.
  • Analyze results and performance to enhance email campaigns and workflows.
  • Establish and share best practices with other specialists within the EDC community of practice.
  • Educate the squad on marketing automation best practices, capabilities, and limitations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as an email specialist in a B2B marketing organization using Eloqua or another marketing automation system / customer relationship management system.
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex marketing campaigns using web apps, forms, landing pages, automated programs, campaigns, and professional-grade HTML emails in Eloqua or another marketing automation system / customer relationship management system.
  • Good knowledge of HTML / CSS code for email development and testing.
  • A high degree of proficiency with email marketing and B2B marketing best practices.

  • Experience leveraging digital marketing technologies for positive business outcomes.
  • Curiosity and ability to acquire new computer and business skills.
  • Experience with web tracking and analytics technology and terminology.
  • Experience using CRM tools to enhance demand generation and customer campaigns.
Salary Range:

Marketing Generalist 17 Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $81,012 to $108,017 plus a performance-based incentive.

Location:

Export Development Canada is a hybrid work environment. This role will be performed from EDC's headquarters in Ottawa or from the community hub in Toronto or Montreal. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
