We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Construction Supervisor to join our team at THT PROPERTIES LTD.

Job Summary:

The General Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that workers have the necessary skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
