Job Title: Guest Services Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at TownePlace Suites Mississauga-Airport Corporate Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide information on hotel services and amenities, and make recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
