Salary

We offer a competitive total compensation package including an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $160,000, extended health care, dental, and group life insurance benefits.

Job Description

This role involves assisting with the review and preparation of business valuations using various valuation methodologies, leading Quality of Earnings and Due Diligence engagements, and preparing high quality client deliverables.

  • Assist with the review and preparation of impairment tests and purchase price allocations as it relates to financial reporting requirements under IFRS.
  • Prepare and present reports, databooks, and other engagement materials.
  • Oversee engagement timelines and deliverables ensuring all engagements are completed on schedule and within budget.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CPA and CBV designation.
  • A minimum 3 years of valuation experience from a professional services firm.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency with financial modelling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent business development skills.
