The Ideal Candidate

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Fixed Income Bonds, leveraging your expertise to influence business decisions and enhance financial strategies.

  • Act as the SME for Fixed Income Bonds, providing guidance and insights on market trends, product features, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data related to Fixed Income products, specifically Bonds, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product management, risk management, and other teams to ensure alignment of FI product strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to assess product performance and viability in the market.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards that communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats within the FI Bonds space.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions.
  • Support the implementation of new FI products and enhancements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Financial Products, particularly in the Fixed Income and Bonds space.
  • Deep understanding of Fixed Income products, market structures, and trading practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
