Job Summary

We're seeking a Keyholder to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain visual standards. As a key member of our team, you'll report to the Store Manager and focus on creating a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an outstanding shopping experience, fostering customer connections and loyalty
  • Perform register functions, utilizing sales, promotions, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
  • Cover the sales floor, ensuring all visual standards are met
  • Responsible for store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

2 years of sales or customer service experience (an asset)Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while creating an amazing customer experienceAbility to work evenings and weekends
