Inventory Management Specialist

Galaxy Tire Centre Inc. is seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in Stock Control and Logistics. As an essential member of our inventory management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient tracking of stock levels, products, and supplies.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to manage our inventory processes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all inventory-related tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, including:
- Compiling regular inventory reports to track stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate stock rotation procedures to prevent overstocking or understocking.
- Monitoring inventory levels and issuing materials and stocks as required.
- Preparing requisition orders to replenish stock levels and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Reconciling physical inventories with computer counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Supervision:
You will be working closely with a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless inventory management processes.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- The ability to work on-site at our location, with no remote work option available.
Work Environment:
This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, meeting tight deadlines, and working under pressure. You must have excellent attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and requirements.
