About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at CoverGo Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.
  • Plan and design business processes and system modifications, making recommendations to improve business activities.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, communicating them to relevant parties.
  • Develop business requirements documents and user stories to support system modifications.
  • Assist in providing time estimates for project-related tasks and support QA, UAT, and Release phases.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry, preferably in Insurtech or health insurance.
  • Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Technical writing skills and experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment.
