We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at GROUPE GERMAIN INC. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our hotel staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and Supervision: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
  • Leadership and Training: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.
  • Reporting and Problem-Solving: Prepare and submit reports, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
