Foad Sabet is seeking a skilled personal support worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients in need, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by medical professionals, adhering to strict protocols and procedures.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist in regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain clients' physical and mental well-being.
  • Feed or assist in feeding clients, ensuring they receive nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Launder clothing and household linens to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to keep the living space tidy and organized.
  • Provide companionship to clients, engaging in conversation and activities to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and restrictions.
Work Environment
  • Foad Sabet offers optional accommodation on a live-in basis, subject to availability.
  • Room and board are provided, making this a unique opportunity for the right candidate.
Requirements
  • English is the primary language spoken in this role, with a focus on effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 30 hours per week is the standard working schedule, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
