Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at IT9 LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective organizational structure.
  • Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure the organization has the necessary leadership and expertise.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the organization is meeting its objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage a large workload.
  • Attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments.
