Job Summary:

Pathfind is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support the company's quality process by meeting customer requirements and manufacturer specifications.
  • Manage inventory and advise supervisors on upcoming requirements to ensure seamless operations.
  • Record all repairs, in-progress work, and completed work to maintain accurate records.
  • Handle pick-up and delivery of repairs to customer facilities as needed.
  • Prepare work orders for repair jobs, including repair time, and input this information into the system.
  • Foster positive customer relationships through interactions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Promote a safe working environment for all associates and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Generate branch reports and information for management to support business decisions.
  • Obtain required manufacturing certificates to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned to support the success of the team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic understanding of hand tools and equipment.
  • Ongoing training on equipment to be repaired and serviced.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and pay close visual attention.

Compensation and Benefits:

$28 per hour + a healthy cost of living allowance for Fort McMurray, AB
