Service Technician Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with on-site equipment repairs, prioritizing safety and quality.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Enhance customer relations through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Support the Company's quality process, meeting customer requirements as per manufacturer's specifications.
  • Record all repairs, in-progress work, and completed work.
  • Handle pick-up and delivery of repairs to customer facilities as needed.
  • Prepare work orders for repair jobs, including repair time, and input this information into the system.
  • Foster a safe working environment for all associates.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and provide process-enhancement suggestions.
  • Generate branch reports and information for management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Basic understanding of hand tools.
  • Ongoing training on equipment to be repaired and serviced.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and pay close visual attention.

Compensation and Benefits:

$28 per hour + a healthy cost of living allowance for Fort McMurray, AB
