Job Summary

Arm Logistics Ltd. is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our warehouse operations team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products and materials from trucks, containers, and other equipment.
  • Material Movement: Move products and materials within the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
  • Picking and Stocking: Pick orders and stock products in a fast-paced and efficient manner.
  • Weighing and Labeling: Weigh materials and goods, and apply labels as required.
  • Packing and Unpacking
  • Sorting and Stacking: Sort, crate, and stack goods in a safe and organized manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize inventories using computerized inventory control systems.
Work Environment

The Material Handler will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a noisy environment and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The Material Handler will be required to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Experience: Experience in a warehouse or material handling environment is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Schedule: The Material Handler will work 40 hours per week in a permanent position.
