Job Title: Material Handler

B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
  • Operating a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Weighing materials and goods to ensure accurate inventory.
  • Making labels and attaching them to goods.
  • Wrapping and packing goods for storage or shipment.
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking goods for efficient storage.
  • Installing, lashing, and securing goods for transportation.
Work Environment:

The Material Handler will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working in a physically demanding role.

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic math skills for weighing and inventory purposes.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
